@@dinamh83 No and No, you need to submit your medical envelope (brown envelope) at the embassy and thry will open it right infront of you on the first window. You don't need you yellow packet with you only the CBP will need it at your point of entry. You just jeed to bring the requirements that's on the list for CFO. Good luck!

We are closing in on the interview, then CFO stage. The website says " original copies " of various papers.. Are they serious that they need original copies ? Mail that to the Philippines? Also, I do not have the original k1 application ( or even copies) I mailed that in as an application, how in the world could I have the original this seams like copies are ok, not originals

And as Ive mentioned too sometimes they don't ask for all. She's K1 right? For interview requiremenrs at the US EMBASSY she need to have: 1. Interview confirmation 2. DS160 confirmation page 3. Passport atleast valid 6 months beyond 4. ORiginal BIRTHCERT 5. ORIGINAL CENOMAR 6. ORIGINAL NBI CLEARANCE (if she lived and worked abroad for more than 6 months she needs to get POLICE CLEARANCE of that country 7. Medical Result frrom ST LUKES (sealed brown envelope 8. 2x2 pictures (white background) 9. MRV SLIP (bank) NOW. for petitioner, if he is divorced or widower you need to provide the DIVORCED DICREE or DEATH CERT. I hope I didn't missed anything.
