    This breathwork session is the perfect way to end your work-day, releasing and leaving any of the stressor you have built up throughout the day at your desk. Entering the evening or afternoon with a clean slate. Its time to down regulate your nervous system and fully rest by taking slow deep breaths in and out through your nose.

    Is it ok if I skip the holds on this one?
    (So I just exhale for an additional two seconds)
    I figure this activates the parasympathetic even more so right?
