So, when she saw Kiana, a pure girl who fought the Honkai beasts and not killed her when she was in the weakest status, even treated her wound gently, she instantly realized that Kiana was strongly resemble to her beloved Sirin, that is why she did her best, she treated Kiana as her own "queen", and treated Mei as the most important friend of her "queen". Even when Bella was just a "thought entity" that HOV summoned in order to kill Kiana, Bella refused to follow HOV's order and fought by Kiana's side. At the end, when HOV lost to Kiana and had no more hatred to Kiana, Bella returned to her queen and faded away with her queen. I can say, Bella is one of the most loyal girl in Honkai, but her loyal is not a blindness. I think Bella, along with Susannah, Alvitr, they are best non-main character of Mihoyo ever made.
As I remember that Bella Motivated Sirin to take more power Herrscher all for the supposed "will" then this here is completely contradicted (Not the comment but what is said about Bella) Also that his Human form and intellectual consciousness had been given more by "Will" himself then I'm not sure.
Wasnt benares a honkai beast that sirin implanted a pseudo herrscher core into? Thats how she gained consciousness of human and sirin then named her bella?

The recent LTE centered around Sushang foreshadows this possibility, from the moment when she recites the end of the tale of Chang'e and Houyi. Kiana is obviously has moon as her theme, and in one of conversation event in APHO 1, Mei kinda implied in a dialogue that she might be on the moon. So it won't be surprising if her fate is inspired from Chang'e's fate.
