Thank you again, I meant to say you aren't the first PT to nag me to do more squats (seem to be my nemesis) but you were the first to inform me they would strengthen my lower spine, now you're talking👄 and I'm listening better!!

This has become very difficult for me over the past two years...not sure if it's from the knee pain or back stiffness.... so this is so helpful..thank you Margaret

Can you comment on whether it’s recommended to bend lower than the height of the chair?

    Great demonstration.
Do you have videos as to what one should do during an entire week?
How many days of cardio vs strength training?

Where did you get those "table" chairs (the one with the purple on top, and the other with the green glass on it)

I usually wear a us size 9 but followed instructions and got size 8 last year. They were a little short - my toe touched the end but I did not have time to exchange so I used them. They were fine but I just ordered the wine color in 8-1/2. My measurement was 9-3/4 inches so seems odd. But I liked the shoes. We hiked in 11 National parks last year. Going to Palo Duro State Park in October.

Hi! I am a 69 yr. old male diagnosed with piriformis syndrome 8 yrs. ago. I did the stretches recommended and it seems I have highly improved from it but it seemed that it gave me lower back pains. Will these exercises affect benefit my piriformis syndrome and the resulting lower back pain? Thank you.

I could have sworn I heard you say no knees in front of the feet. Yet, that is exactly what I see on you from the side view. Is it just a reduction in that stance that we need? thanks!!

Can you do squats with knee problems and balance problems? Is squats beneficial when you can only do 1 or 2 squats?

So painful for older folk. Age, old injuries, arthritis. That's why we start pushing ourselves up with our arms. Very frustrating.
