The hideout piano has another use. It is a 4 kg mini ladder that can be placed and jumped on to get you access to parkour stashes, making them much easier to access in some places. I dump mine on a companion and grab it when needed.
Detailed tips about using disguises: While trading with enemy faction trader, if possible, stand behind him, or at least at his side, suspicion bar won't start filling. You'll get all the time you need. Due to "he's with me" mod included and enabled, everyone is cool with your companions from enemy faction. But just tap command "wait here" for them, as you roaming around the base under disguise. If you need your inventory managed, hide somewhere out of sight, even away from your companions. Use sleeping bag instead of default bed, pick a blowout safe place, where noone is standing or patrol. Have fun.
Great videos man. I have never been so interested in a game before in over 25 years of gaming. I literally cannot describe the wonder and addiction I feel for Gamma and I hope it never wears off. I have never played the original games so I have those installed and modded waiting for me to do on the side
One more thing, when you doing the Living Legend, if you do all the quest before taking the psi helmet, Sakarof will give you an egghead suit in full condition.
I think the unscripted voiceover sounds better than scripted. It feels more natural, and you seem to be able to pull off not reading directly from a script.
@@nullmoxyi agree! i forgot this was not scripted. you did good. btw, you’ve been a huge help as a beginner to Efp and gamma. you honestly found tricks i figured out on my own I didn’t find anywhere else. thank you for your videos!
Seeing the Molotov cocktail it instantly makes me think why has this not been a craftable item all along? Recipe = Putinka Vodka + Cloth + Matches. I hope someone does this 😊
When the blow out begin, enemy stalker will run for shelter. If he can't find any shelter, he will explode and leave nothing behind or eat Anabiotic and colapse to the ground until it's over.
Ty for the tips, very useful. But I have a problem with graphics, how can I get those little reflections on weapons, I see that only turns on when its raining, but sunny it look like very dry and "uninmersive"
Thanks for another good video gamma-gen! Can you do one on stashes? If it’s videoable. Im wondering what’s the chances of getting High quality stashed from completing quests or another method like pda stashes??
@@nullmoxy I meant more like how are stashes given through quests. like do harder quests give you purple and green stashes while easier ones give white ones?
When discovered, they somehow broadcast my identity to everyone including on other maps. Like when I came to knife a downed soldier who died immediately, but before that let eveyrone know. I had a weird behavior from another soldier of the mercenary faction while disguising as duty. He kept running to me as if trying to check my identity when I was already exposed. He followed me and pushed me, sometimes away from NPCs or into anomalies. Later I met him on another map and he was still following and pushing me before I killed him during combat where I shot the first moving thing.
Yeah well tbh the disguise system is really pushing stalker's engine limits, it is a very old game after all... As for the killing, did you try playing with "stealth kills" enabled? There's a section for that in the normal game settings.
About the disguise, once you reach max rep with an enemy faction, while disguised as an ally, does this faction members stop seeing you as an enemy? I dont know if it is a bug or a feature, but as a Duty member, I got my rep at max level with Freedom, and once I got there, they stoped attacking me. Now I can go in and out of their base, use their facilities, talk with them, take quests from them, and they wont shoot me on sight, even if Im not disguised. BUT, their NPCs still wont show on my PDA, like my allies NPCs do.
HEY Nully, in your video you suggest what content you can review. So, id like to see some mechanics and game play explained. Ill explain myself. So , first of all , it might be intresting to know what are the limits or the extents of the disguise mechanic and the diffrent faction interactions. For example, if you are playing as unsig, ¿what are the interactions that you can do in disguise? like, i know unsig cant be friendly with freedom for exmpl. ¿If im disguised , can i pretend to be a free stalk o a freedom fighter and make quests for them and gain good rep with thouse "enemys"? I guess it depends, Imagine waking up to the military base in a torn apart and bullet hole ridden suit, they probably aren't going to take you too seriously.
I'm sorry, I'm not too sure. The only thing I can think of is if you are playing at 4k resolution, in which case you may want to search for a 4k fonts mod on moddb.
"stalkers have a memory between 24 to 36 seconds"
This explains lot of things 😂
Considering the main method of survival in the Zone is substance abuse I find this quite realistic lmao.
I have about 60 hours in GAMMA, and im still learning new things with ur videos. Amazing

That could work. Though I think molotov cocktails have lighting fluid/gas in them. If vodka left an "Empty bottle" behind then that would work

i sitll dont quite understand the repair kit 1 charge thing, can u kinda explain it further?
Well, if you use the last charge on a kit, it will disappear. You need to have the kit in your inventory to replace parts in armour.
How i am gonna attach the patch to the armor for disguise?
You just need a patch of the armour's faction in your inventory, then right click the armour and click attach patch.
I thought lower condition of armour might be more authentic, since every armour you can find on a body is pretty broken.
