It may not be suitable for everyone, can see the opinion here v diverse. I think if can't use as primary address is an issue. It means the owner got to have some other property and this one cannot be the sole one owned? We are talking about retiring folks who might have a low budget.

Bad choice. Should never encourage HK people to buy these homes. 1. Never go up in value. 2. Very difficult to sell and when you sell, in most parks have to sell back to them at there value. 3. Your neighbours will all be white English people. Wil have problems if you have problems eg language etc. I wish you HK youtubers did a bit more research before you show other people.

英國 holiday park home 同residence park home要持英國護照同需常住英國，同符合年紀要求，先合資格申請。同好多係唔比小朋友入同唔養得寵物。
係，住得入去最少50歲，後生唔會揀呢啲屋，小朋友探訪留overnight都可以的，一般寵物都可以，個個site唔同
