Electric amethyst and stargaze are toppers. They're intentionally sheer. I wish they had been more pigmented too. I heard they're better wet or topped over their matching matte colors. There are several reviews where others were not impressed either. Jen from 'Makeup just for fun' channel explained how to make those colors really pop.

I’ve used my Metropolis palette twice and I really love the different formulations. I will be using it for the next month so I’m really looking forward to what I come up with.
