i really enjoyed this video!
in my experience, the thing that works best with training is consistency. if you set a rule, it needs to be in place all the time, which is a lot to keep up with but i think pays off in the long run. i went through a period when i wasn't doing so well mentally and i stopped being consistent with my dog. things that wouldn't pass before, started passing and i swear, chaos exploded out of my dog XD and we had to then almost retrain her. so consistency consistency consistency
