We knew there were fixers that's why we avoided talking to anyone asking questions outside the ticketing office..we could only guess those agents going in and out the office are also fixers, pretending to be agents, very smooth operation, and the cashier won't even answer my questions..if we're not in a hurry catching the boat we would have noticed what had happened..ugggh
