Wang Hedi is the MVP of the entire movie. I mean Esther had to just make a straight face when she played the body shift but Dylan practically had to play orchid both in expression, body movement, gestures, tones, physically it was so much and honestly it was epic. And once he shifts back to himself the change is drastic too much props to him please well deserved
Both did well, Esther and Dylan, please don’t discredit her effort in portraying DFQC as well cause her whole demeanour changed from XLH to DFQC. Same as how Dylan portrayed XLH, he relied on Esther to teach him on how XLH’s demeanour would be in each situation. Both did great.
I agree on Dylan Wang but Esther was also incredibly good as well!! At first I agreed with you but when they were on a certain body switch I noticed how she portrayed him with not only facial expressions but how she walked and other little things, and compared to her character in the show I would say she did an excellent job!
Done watching the whole episode of LBFD and I"m so proud of Wang Hedi/Dylan Wang ,his acting improves a lot , I've been following him since Meteor Garden and all i can say is He is a really Amazing actor!!!
The CGI was really awesome. Shooting place was a bit dark because of night session, blue screen, but the result was broad daylight, with seamless precision, as if if was being shot at daylight and with full interior. Today CGI was truly awesome.
