👉 Your greatest attack can come when you are the closest to your calling.
👉 Despair can drive a man to do himself what the enemy can’t do to him.
👉 Discouragement can come from trusting God for continual deliverance.
👉 Stress is the gap between the demands placed upon us and the strength that we have to meet those demands.
👉 When God doesn’t remove the stress, He renews our strength so that we can meet the demands of our new season.
How to Strengthen Yourself in the Lord:
1. Sing to God. (Exodus 15v2)
2. Speak in tongues. ( Corinthians 14v4; Isaiah 28v11-12)
3. Speak to your soul. (Psalm 42v5-6a)
4. Strengthen others. (Proverbs 11v25)
5. Subdue the enemy. (James 4v7)

Pray for me. I am in such depression and grief from the loss of my husband. I keep giving it to the Lord. I need direction and guidance and wisdom. He passed on 6/6 of this year.
Sorry for your loss just know the Lord is with you keep believing in him and getting closer to him
I prayed for you. I also had to let my husband go. No matter how overwhelming your grief and pain, never lose faith, keep holding on to God. There is a reason why your husband was taken. God has other plans for your life, you won't understand now, but Source will reveal why this happened. He never takes something away without replacing it with something better. After loss, pain and sadness there is always a blessing coming, all you have to do is keep believing, total trust and surrender that The Omniwill ALWAYS have the best plans for your life even if you can't see or understand it now. Stay strong sweetheart, you are not alone, this too shall pass. On the other side of this chapter you will look back and you will be amazed at how much stronger and wiser you are. I survived mine, and so will you. Thinking of you and praying for you. ❤
May the good Lord bring peace and joy back into your life.

What church was this at?
I literally asked my so called Christian friends to call me. *All you need is Jesus*. NO, I'm struggling, I'm exhausted from 24/7 caregiving of a stroke patient husband! Ask me out to lunch!! *Jesus will fill you*.
Then those Christians then blocked and shunned me. Sometimes we just need practical help when we are drowning and can't hear God. Then I'm above the water enough to ask God to show me what I need to change. PLEASE don't shove scriptures and Jesus down people's throats when they are begging for friendship. It will drive them away from God. I've been saved since 1977, so I'm pretty grounded. But this almost drove me away from God. This message was the best I've heard in a long time and really spoke to me. EDIT: Read my whole post before you start telling me Jesus is the only friend. Trust me, if not for God I would have ended it years ago. 24/7 home care and almost zero emotional/christian support. PLEASE LISTEN WHEN PEOPLE SHARE THEIR HURTS

I stand in agreement as well. I am also facing many trials and tribulations but God is with us in the storm and it will not take us out. Even though my health, people, and circumstances say otherwise ! We are in a war and spiritual battle please keep me and my family in your guys prayers too. I got healed 2 and half years ago. The enemy has been trying to steal it along with my joy and peace. He delivered me from fear and anxiety. Lately attack got more severe. Near break through. I asked the lord to strengthen me. He told me to strengthen myself. Powerful message pastor

I loved hearing you speak in tongues! I was blessed with a youth group leader when I was a teenager who encouraged us to ask god for the gift of tongues. I then prayed and prayed on it and one day it came flowing out me. To this day I pray in tongues over so many things in my life but mostly for my daughters to be filled with the spirit! Praise God for his love never fails!!

Dear Vlad, my family and I have suffered some crippling hardships. I came to know God in my late twenties. My hunger to know him took me to Hong Kong to be with Jackie Pullinger (brief). I married a non christian believing I would bring him to the Lord. Im now 67, my husband came to the Lord last year (my beautiful son was incremental), yesterday I was listening to this sermon, during prayer time with you I received the Gift of Tongues! Ive waited 37 years for this, Ive never felt so humbled, so grateful, so in ore of God. May God bless you and your family Vlad, Im blessed that you have walked into my life. Something not mentioned in this message, but that is critical for me, is to cling to Bible promises to keep hope alive that a good future is coming for me. I really muckle on to the original Scriptures (and prophetic words, etc. ) that God originally promised me when the devil lies that life is over for me. He lies because, in fact, the LORD said just the opposite -- that the BEST is yet to come! I find it critical in long wilderness seasons to keep hope and faith alive, to believe that my season of trials will indeed have an expiration date. Of course, when long, long trials don't seem to end, the worst demonic lies are that they never will, that God has forgotten His child, ignores prayer, etc.. In order to fight the good fight and have hope to live, the Word of God, especially rhema words, refutes those lies. I repeat them out loud because the Word of God is the Sword of the Spirit against our enemy.
When I was 18, I began to believe God for His choice of husband for me, and I knew He promised me this. I ended up standing in faith for 25 years, 25 years which were full of opportunities to be discouraged and to take an "Ishmael", a man the Lord did not send. At last the Lord came through for me with the man of my dreams, and we truly had a euphoric marriage and ministry for the Lord. However, after only 20 years of marriage, this wonderful husband died prematurely, and I now have been once again on a SECOND long journey of believing God for another soulmate husband -- as He has once again promised.
Of course, in the natural way of looking at my circumstances, it looks even more discouraging this time than it did before. And I am 3 1/2 years into this second, much harder endurance test.
So, YES, when God is building faith and character and desired answers to prayer delay, you will need ALL these tools mentioned by Pastor Vlad to keep going and not quit. Use them all in order to GO THE DISTANCE and receive your Promise.
"But, as for that seed in the good soil, these are the ones who have heard the Word with a good and noble heart, and HOLD ON TO IT TIGHTLY, and bear (abundant) fruit WITH PATIENCE." -- Luke 8:15 AMP
