as per rule 7 storied bldg have to have 2 lifts. if lift stops residents will have to walk the staircase.

@@allenpic you are absolutely right but with all due respect the plan which was approved is as per the old DCR and the rule that you are talking about was introduced recently hence the project has only one lift
