He was able to meet up with the people involved and everything was sorted out and revealed to be nothing more than petty arguments and mutual immaturity between classmates, but hyunjin still had to disappear from the industry indefinitely for the sake of his and jype’s reputation bc accusations like these are taken extremely seriously in Korea, and sadly a lot of people don’t really care about what actually happened or if the situation is resolved, so long as they can have someone to criticise and try to drag through the mud. Hyunjin was supposed to go on kingdom with the rest of skz but was robbed of the opportunity because of this whole situation, and it wasn’t until skz’s comeback in late august that he made his return to the stage. The whole situation was and still is very frustrating and heartbreaking when you think about it, bc no one was as excited to go on kingdom to perform as hyunjin. It’s 2022 and we’re still imagining what their stages would have been like with hyunjin but he’s fine now and with us forever and that’s all that matters.

He’s literally beaming, his pure and genuine happiness to be on stage is what makes him special. I could watch him dance for hours and I wouldn’t get tired or bored. I hope we see him on stage for many many years ❣️🌷
