Hi, my name is Alex Wendling, currently here in Washington DC, kind of located all over the place as a sports reporter, combat sports commentator, and digital nomad content creator. A lot of content that was on my hard drive, a lot of jiu jitsu competition footage, a lot of traveling the world. Every time I would plug it into my computer, it ejected, disconnected, and giving me all types of problems. The files that I wanted to recover most were the jujitsu competitions where I got a cool, a couple of cool submissions, and also, there's like a lot of content that I was working on for my 2024 broadcast reel. So, hoping to get that hard drive back ASAP. Which, I'm assuming I will because the person I've been talking to, Eric, has been the best when it comes to communication, letting me know either by phone or e-mail, what is up with my device, and if it's was able to be fixed and the whole process was super easy. I just went to, I think, some type of FedEx in San Diego, when I was in San Diego, dropped it off, let them know where I would want it sent back to, which is going to be in Vegas. So, I love how they were so lenient on where I can send it off to. I am super happy with Secure Data Recovery for being able to recover all the files, and the memories, and the highlights that I've had over the past year and a half.
