    This sauce came out incredible. A 3 month fermentation period and wood fire roasting the ingredients put this over the top! Subscribe for more to come and check out my other videos while you're here.

    Nice! I made a batch of smoked and a batch of oven roasted habanero sauce this year. Both are superior to my regular sauce. I grew like 25 habanero plants, so I had alot to experiment with.

      @@treehouse8501 That's awesome you had that many plants. Fermentation has changed the way I do sauces. The flavor is nice. Thank you for watching.

    I just did a batch but a little bit different. Before fermenting, I took about 10 chili's and slow roasted them. I chopped my garlic and roasted it in a pan. Mixed the roasted stuff with the rest of the chili's and fermented for two weeks. Fantastic flavor.

      @baronteddyvonforsthoffer2567 Nice, that sounds good. I have a serrano recipe similar to that way on the channel. Thank you for watching!

    Well Logan I made mine and love the flavor. I just had to take a taste on a spoon as a snack. 😊

    This pointed me in the direction I need to go with my next batch. I have a pineapple ready to go which I will add to the flame roast blend.

    Great video. Well explained. About how long will it keep in the fridge?

    • @LogansInnerChef
      @LogansInnerChef  8 дней назад +2

      @BETSWITHFIST Thank you. It's should last a while. As long as the pH is lower around 3.7 like this one is, it will keep for many months. I've had similar sauces around 1 year before I finally used it all up.
