In my country, it's really rare and expensive to buy seafood that's fresh and doesn't smell fishy (especially octopus and squid) so I can't really imagine a pleasant scent coming from them lol!! to this day, I've nv really lucked out on buying a squid or an octopus that doesn't smell fishy

I love some raw and fresh seafood, but I also read that some is still a bit risky to eat raw/fresh (like shrimp). Of course all is risky but makes me curious if it’s been prepared or feed a certain way to avoid danger.
I don’t have a lot of fish markets or places around me, lots of it is frozen, so I’m curious!

the octopus its not live, its just that if its really fresh the legs keep moving since their nerves can stay active to three(?) hours after death
