It was just itchy in he’s case. Jade was lucky it was not closer to her eye. This summer I had a bumble bee hit my shin. I had a lump and it hitch for two weeks. I had a friend whose dog decided it would be a good idea to dig up an in-ground wasp nest... it wasn't. Something like 30 stings and a few on my friend before she could hose the dog off to get rid of the other wasps. Fortunately, the dog was OK after a few days of extreme discomfort.
