When St. Paisios says (at 8:16):
"If you go to others, they’ll turn you into mincemeat. And I don’t want you to come back as a meatball,"
he means that other spiritual fathers, lacking discernment ["διάκριση" in Greek] and spiritual gifts, might psychologically harm Dimitris. St. Paisios is emphasizing that Dimitris' situation requires special handling. Unexperienced spiritual fathers, without the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit, could mishandle his case, leaving Dimitris in a worse spiritual and psychological state.
So great is the responsibility of the spiritual fathers!
