Harvesting Bamboo Water

Nothing beats a cool bamboo refreshment! Bamboo pushes water from its root system to its leaves during the course of the morning (from about 6 am to 10 am). That's when the bamboo internodes hold most water content and is therefore the best time a day to harvest fresh and purified bamboo water.

as far as i know when you cut down bamboo it will grow leaves from the cut part.
it will then use the energy from the leaves to make new bamboo shoots elsewhere.
