I have 2011 over 5 years now Knowing how a cvt transmission works i was able to 20 mpg on a 800+ miles one way. Just last week. I chose this van or others cause it has 260 hp and nissans VG35 motors are great and non interference (no timing belt).Plenty of power with full cargo area of luggage and five bodies. Still got 20.2 mpg Transmission is smooth on high way. 80mph at 2k rpm. Set at 78mph. Read up on how cvt works to get most out of van and best mpg. My driving always yields better mpg then my wifes because i understand cvt transmissions. 😃
You missed the party trick for the 3rd row. It doesnt go into the storage bay. It folds like a regular suv folding forward. The 2nd row seats fold down also. They dont remove..
I would rather the cvt. The 5 sld is geared to long and will have many dead spots in accelerstion especially with a load of people and hill climbing. The cvt is so much better. The cvt will dust the 5spd. Especially from 40
Dude shut up. I’ve had 8 vehicles with their CVT and never had an issue. They tend to break when people drive like morons. Seriously look up the fail rate. It’s better than most ford geared transmissions
Was looking at one of these online but couldn't tell if I wanted it off of the pictures but after watching this I'm sold!

My dad's pathdinder got 26.5mpg at 75mph with with 4 people and luggage when I drove it to Chicago from NY. 80mph was around 24.
I have a older 2008 Quest SE, still holding, 169k on it, was suprised the '08 models have backup cam.
My dream minivan!! Awesome review bro.
hahaha you’re dream is so small 😂
I just got the Quest yesterday with similar mileage. 88k. Could not figure out the DVD screen. Thank you

I know this video is old, Also great job Tony.
Damn, you straight up know that this car is made for american market because it has 14 cupholders + 2 places for bottles (in a car with 7 seats) lol
We be staying HYDRATED out here! 😂 I always have a coffee and either a water tea or soda for my cold drink.
My grandpa used a Nissan quest but he sold it because the van was have problems with the door
I Also Like The Honda Odyssey And Toyota Sienna.
Me too but can't afford those. Let alone find em
I prefer the previous-generation Nissan Quest with the regular five-speed automatic transmission, over that CVT.

How did you close the door
Button I think
On inside of the door
❤NISSAN❤
LA VAN DE MIS SUEÑOS!?🙏
You lost a viewer as soon as you mentioned cvt for the first few seconds into the video🤣
It's not the guys fault though

Would you mind explaining to me the problem with Cvt . Currently shopping for cars would appreciate the information.
@@Boogyzz_Worldit’s a type of transmission that are common in newer Nissan models. They are not very reliable
This car is a death trap in a front end collision. Don't buy unless you want to get impaled by the staring column.
It meets or exceeds government safety standards
Transmission sucks ! Crv!
