- Lucia Rijker joins us to discuss her coaching of Diana Prazak for her light welterweight bout for Holly Holm December 7th at the Route 66 Casino in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Rijker also reflects on her career and "what ifs" fights against Holly Holm and Cecilia Braekhus. She also discusses the potential of Claressa Shields whom she calls "The female Mike Tyson".

Lucia Rijker fought like a man, and I mean that in a good way. She had great poise, balance, footwork, crisp clean puches, and good defense. She fought well on the inside and outside. To me she was the female Floyd Mayweather. That's how good she was. I remember Bert Sugar said that womens boxing is like women sinking in quicksand swinging pots and pans, but Lucia Rijker she fights the way were used to seeing boxers fight. If you want to get a good look at her in her prime and watch a good docu, find shadow boxers. Interesting stuff.

Lucia Rijker the greatest female fighter of all time. In her time she could have knocked out Ronda and Holly one after the other, she was way above their level. She had 55 fights with other women 54 wins 1 draw, her only defeat was to a man in that exhibition bout.

She's seems like a really sweet lady. It was difficult to watch her get knocked out by the male fighter/kick boxer, but you could see that her spirit was not broken afterwards and she wanted to do it again in the future. It was a very honorable loss, and her only loss I believe.

Anthony Honey22 True, Lucia Rijker in mma? No survivors! any sport/martial art she touched she became the best at. Judo champ at age 6, she then fenced for a little while and became national champ at that at age 12. (After this she was also selected for the national softball team) At 14 she picked up thaiboxing and we all now what happened afterwards. In her free time she also got black belts in japanese jiu jitsu and kyokushin. She is the best female athlete my country has ever had and she should get way more shine!!

She won a lot of dodgy decisions - all in her home ground. In no way did she dominate Mathis like Brækhus did. Mia St. John went 10 rounds with Holm, but was totally outclassed and stopped 3. round by Brækhus. Cecilia wants to fight, Holly Holm does not. Wonder why? Maybe Mia St. John can enlighten you: "If they meet on neutral ground, with neutral refs. Cecilia will win".

Yeah, I've heard how great Brækhus is but after looking over a list of her opponents I'm not impressed.

Holly Holm the best fighter? What about Cecilia Brækhus? She obviously doesn't have the guts to meet the best boxer in a neutral corner. Holly Holm is a cheater who fights at home court and wins any match without a knockout. Great athlete, I'm sure, but she lost to Anne-Sophie Mathis. Brækhus won against her and have got more belts.
What about Jorina ??
