totally obsessed with the sweater you are wearing, and all your knits, but honestly, high obsession on your earrings (here, another fan of statement earrings). Thanks for a lovely catch up
Can't wait to see your quilted top... that will be so cool!! Also I am in an Ailbiona Mclochlainn season right now... LOVE her designs. Love your versal and javidja... I am making rural symphony and it's so fun!
@@brookwillow it’s steeked! And she has a great method of just steam blocking to prepare the fabric to steek which worked fantastically. I was impressed.
So many lovely projects, especially the shawl you are test knitting. It will be so wearable and just so cozy, I always travel with large shawls, they are a perfect plane companion. Enjoyed seeing what you are up to with your summer sewing as well, I have been pulling fabrics and matching patterns as well. There is nothing better for our creativity than a seasonal change. Happy making.😊
I need to work on matching my Gauge Swatch (Laughs Nervously), I currently have 2 projects one crochet and one knit. I am still working on carding my Gulf Coast Native which is Mostly done I just need to do another Pass which is what I am putting off. I do want to make something from Andrea Mowry which I haven't done yet. I've been giving a lot of love to my spinning wheel while I can before I won't be able to use since I am getting 2 bobbins made for it. I am also hoping to rent one during this time which will be a newer one.
Your natural dyed yellow yarn is so pretty! I love how natural dyes turn out vs commercial ones. I have been enjoying natural dyeing using the extracts from MAIWA as well, dyeing cotton, linen clothing and yarns. It's addictive! Looking forward to seeing your handspun in the traveler sweater.
life is short. buy the fleece! I promise once you've worked with raw fleece you will never regret it. and it honestly makes you even more conscious of your yarns and their best uses.
LOVE that you were able to find a thrifted sweater worthy of upcycling. I agree most aren’t worth it. Is that a snag or a dropped stitch on the right bricohe side panel? Just thought you could tack it down before it unravels ❤.
it was lovely to spent some quality making time with you, Ahna! so inspiring to see all that you’re making, as always ❤
Thank you Marlene 🥰
So many lovely projects !!! Also have you always had that kitty ? Adorable. Have a super fun early summer
Yes for 13 years I’ve had her ☺️ she’s usually pretty shy!
Thanks for keeping things interesting. I love the novelty of your knits and makes that you share on your channel!🤩
Thank you!! ❤️
Lots of nice projects, very inspiring!
Thank you so much 🥰
Enjoy the summer! Winter is slower for filming. ❤
You as well ☺️

Haha thank you! Statement earrings are just so fun to wear ☺️
8:08 eeeek so proud! They look great
Thank you 🥰
Would you consider doing a short tutorial on sewing in the elastic for shaping.
Ana, your Javidja turned out soooo good! Your job was perfection! ❤
Thank you so much 😃

Ohh I’ve been thinking about dyeing some fabric too 😃 I have a white linen bed sheet that I’ve been saving to do so!

I chickened out ☺️ but I bought a lot of beautiful braids of fiber!
@@brookwillow also valid!
we will miss your video more than once a month... but I'm so happy to immagine you doing all your lovely activity. have fun!
Thank you! 🥰
Excited for your quilting journey!!!! ❤
Same!! ☺️

I think it was a mistake that I made in the pattern 🥲 one of the reasons that I want to knit it again!
Supper
That sweater is too wide for you. You can make a boxy and not have it 20 inches too big
But it only has 10 inches of positive ease. If I made it 20 inches smaller it would have 10 inches of negative ease 🤔
