Almost too bad that there are still 2 more rounds of the tournament to go after this game - because let's be honest - college basketball simply doesn't get any better than this. Bravo to both of these teams for an all-time tournament classic.

This was one of the best college basketball games I’ve ever watched. I’ve probably watched this replay at least a couple dozen times now just to appreciate how good of a game it was. Even though I’m a KU fan, I have mad respect for Duke and Coach K. Best of luck to both teams in the 2018-2019 season!

It's one of the greatest games in our history (Duke/KU). We have had many to choose from but this one is close to the top. It's too bad one of these great teams had to lose. KU needs another game like this (without all the turnovers) to beat 'Nova and meet Michigan for the Championship. Congrats to Duke and Coach K for a great season.

Yeah those refs were awful, that charge changed the game in a major way, because carter got fouled out and the out of bounds play was not enough evidence to overturn the call

@@Jared-sh2dk I think about that 2003 KU/CUSE title game so often. I am a die-hard KU fan. I knew Roy was leaving...man it broke my heart. You guys played such a great game though! Gerry McNamara was unconscious from 3 point land in the 1st half (I hate that I know how to spell his name with a "G" lol). I don't dislike Syracuse at all, just that one night :) -- now that my Hawks are back in the Final Four, I wanted to watch this clip. Hopefully Nova doesn't set ANOTHER record for first half threes in a Final Four game against us! Go Orange. Go Jayhawks!

Watched this a couple of times at 6:01 of this video Duke scores on an and one. There is some bench player on Duke's team that starts yelling smack at Newman for Kansas. That might have poured some gasoline on the man who was already on fire.

I don’t understand why people hate duke, yeah they had a bad past Witt Christian latner, and now with Grayson Allen, but he won’t be on the team next year and they will have a new squad. There will be no reason to hate duke next year. Other college basketball fans will just be hating on greatness and thats not a real college basketball fan. I don’t hate Kansas after this tough loss I respect them.

I'm not usual a Duke hater but does Coach K intentionally gaslight NCAA fans with players like Allen? He is just a Duke type, marginally talented, never missing a chance to be the "coach on the floor", especially when the camera is on, riding the coattails of more talented teammates while the media fixates on him and his "intangibles" and "leadership".

1. Duke and Kansas game was WAY better than the Nova - Texas Tech Game. The officials weren't that good or that bad in the game but it was a great game. I wish players didn't get fouled out tbh.
2. Duke and Kansas have way more fans than Villanova. Let's be real even though they have bandwagons which alot of teams do in College, they have more fans still than Nova.

Terrible how they ended it without giving Duke a chance to win. The refs blatantly took Carter Jr out of the game (after exploding at the end of the 2nd half). Its pathetic i wanted to watch a good basketball game, not have refs decide who win ESPECIALLY in OT. Id understand if it was a close call....but it obviously wasnt.

Mike Mena you’re an idiot, they had one joke class in an inherently easy major that was made available to both students and athletes alike, the % of b-ball players wasn’t even off much from the % of regular students in this class. While many schools, Duke included over a special syllabus of watered down classes made available to athletes only which is far worse. However if Dukes recruiting violations ever come out you van start vacating stuff from the last 5 years
