Now a days is difficult to find real teachers, people that want you to understand instead of just choosing the best answer out of memory. You are a real teachers, you use intuition and logic, thats why it comes out easy. Thanks for your effort.

Hello Sir, Can you please explain me how the domestic currency depreciates against the foreign currency when the interest rate in domestic country is higher than that compared to the foreign currency. This view is as per the International Fischer effect. This view seems to be illogical to me since generally a country with higher interest rate attracts foreign investments which ultimately boost the domestic GDP rates and thereby making the domestic currency to appreciate. I haven't checked your other videos. You can suggest me the right video in your channel if they answer the above question. It would be a great help if I can get clarity on this concept.

Royston Dias Hi Royston, I'd suggest you watch the "International Finance Lecture Series" playlist in the order provided which looks at many different reasons on what moves currencies. It is on the "Understanding Finance" channel on You Tube. See ruclips.net/channel/UC4XJHGqb_WCUXQkHvKN5EwAplaylists
