Good advice was thinking about buying these wheels to convert my YZ125 to street legal

maybe stainless steel bolts would be good for something like that , but I guess there is a reason they didn't use them.

Maybe the reason was cost lol I dunno. Other than those bolts everything else is nice.

How bad would it be to use a smaller disc that matches your offroad wheels? I understand you can brake harder on the road because of the increased traction. So if you had a smaller disc, would you just be giving up braking power, or would it overheat?

Any update on these wheels since? Looking at buying some of these KKE's for my DRZ. I will swap these bolts straight away if I do!!

I could always make a video if you like but the only other update would be to swap the rear rotor bolts as they have started to rust as well. Not terrible but doesn't look clean. I haven't swapped mine yet since i haven't had a need to remove them. I haven't sourced a replacement yet, but stock suzuki may fit like the front did. All of the spokes are still nice and tight as well. Fit and finish on the wheels is still great too. Thanks for watching!

@@Keith1212 thanks Keith. I will do that if I get them. Good to hear spokes are still good. I will get a pack of aftermarket rotor and sprockets bolts in black. Thanks for the reply

@@Keith1212 hi Keith, so I bought a set and tried mounting them on the bike today. Rear went on no issues. Front has been a pain in the ass. The brake adapter included with the wheels doesnt clear the brake rotor. The rotor rubs on the adapter plate instead of being centred. Haven't even bothered mounting the caliper, it won't fit. I think the included spacers are just a bit too small. I have contacted the seller. I've tried every combination I can think of with the spacers. Even tried the original speedo drive (even though I have a trailtech). Me and a friend spent 3 hours today trying everything we could.. wondering if you have any insights
