Gooey Egg sandwich, deep fried shrimp sandwich🍤, curried shakshuka 🍳

I make random brunch stuff the whole day.
Egg sandwich recipe:(for 2 sandwiches)
Egg salad:
3 hard boiled eggs
2Tbsp of chopped onions
Bit of dill(can substitute with parsley)
1tsp Dijon mustard
3-4Tbsp of mayonnaise
Salt, pepper, paprika powder
Soft boiled egg cooked for 6minutes and a half.
4 slices of white bread, crust removed
2-3leaves of lettuce
_Won't be providing the rest of the recipes since they weren't perfect!(As you can see it was hard to shape!) Curried shashuka was made with scraps..
