Hi friends, this is a no fail recipe. Anyone can try. I tried this recipe today. Output was too good. I followed the exact measurements and procedure. I tried with half recipe only. Supera vandhurukku. My home is filled with cake aroma. My neighbours were sniffing around due to the pleasant aroma. Thank you sister for the wonderful recipe. Waiting for my kids to taste it. Iam here again to update my second try of sponge cake. This time it came flawless.. Only thing is my base was still pale yellowish color. Top was having nice color. This time the sponge was so soft. Taste was super. But still i need to practice more on beating time. That is always a guess work for me.
