Getting off your ditch with a rubber tire backhoe is a bit different, but still pretty much the same principle, a little more "balance" while lifting and pulling the back end over the ditch. You definitely have spinning off (actually everything you did) mastered in an excavator. Great looking ditch by the way. What I liked the best in your video now seems almost like not seeing the forest for the trees. Digging a hole to get rid of that last little bit of dirt is brilliant! Why didn't I think of that?? LOL Great video, and the audio was perfect. Thanks!!
All your videos are awesome brother. I'm making the transition to full time operator, I been on and off for 7 years as a pipe layer / equipment operator.
I’m impressed with the semi-respectful comment section here. Very nice work and really nice ditch. I learned to do this in a backhoe. After that the excavator seemed easy. 👍

that's some excellent work there, don't think I have ever seen a trench so straight and clean!
stag bone totally agree...I worked with some good operators and I think that's the finest excavation I've seen

Great videos. I've been running equipment for a while now but just starting in the underground. I appreciate the videos.
I dug my first trench today. Yours is a lot nicer.
Also depends on the condition of the dirt. This one was really hard so its a bit easier.
This trench was done with a trencher not an excavator that's why it looks so good
