- Tammy Slaton is sending a strong message to her TikTok commenters to not comment on her weight. The "1000-Lb. Sisters" star recently took to the platform to do an unboxing of some mail she's been sent, including various snacks from small businesses. When one commenter raised replied questioning why she was sent the food items, Tammy responded, "I get what you're saying, but if I'm going to help small business, then let them send me candy or cookies. It's up to me to push the candy away and not eat it … Please forgive me if I'm coming off as rude or irritated, because I kind of am. Y'all don't have faith in me. I've proven myself numerous times that I can lose weight, that I am losing weight, and that I'm still losing weight, but y'all continue to post stuff like this." Tammy also responded to another commenter saying it "looks like you've gained a few pounds," letting them know that that's not the case. "I haven't gained any weight. I have not gained any weight. It was the way the camera was angled," she replied.

2/7/24 … Dearest Tammy you have really come a long road . I have been watching yalls show since day 1 . Girl I use to be 317lb and now after 2 years I am down to 250lb now. I did it without surgery. I lost down to 150 before but did not do it in the right way and gained back to 375 . But now back down to 250lb I am so proud of you . Also congrats on your marriage . She's extremely right only she can control what she eats every day there's temptations everywhere she can simply go to the store and buy cookies if she wanted them so if someone wants to send her things to try or to get her opinion on that's fine it doesn't mean she's got a eat all of them she has control over her life now she knows exactly what she's doing she's lost over for 400 pounds who really can say that they have done that trust me I've lost 300 pounds and it's a whole complete life change Tammy is fine and I am extremely proud of her she's got a handle on her addiction you have to understand when you are very obese you have a lot of skin and that makes you look thicker than what you actually are once she has skin removal she's going to be average size
