i remember awhile ago when zak first came out, even a few months after that u could NEVER put a whole zak run on it, now u can put on with half the time of the max u can have a vid run for.
dragon pulse is only used for one shot knockback, mostly training. hurricane on the other hand is for knocking back a single monster constantly, which strafe cannot achieve (very useful for a boss like HH with a low kb dmg) ~~ this advantage of knocking back a monster so that it can never hit you completely outadvantages the lower dps compared to strafe (hence a balance), and this assumption is already tested and known.
