Holy Cow President Citizen!!!! You forgot the Cruise Control.... I have the Havoc X2 Dual Suspension.... The cruise is GREAT.... Just get to speed you want and HOLD DOWN the MINUS (-) button on the left side where the PLUS (+) and MINUS (-) are..... You will LOVE it.... It takes about 3-5 seconds to kick in... .You have to HOLD the speed constant for it to work...
This was another home run, Citizen. Great idea to show the minimum seat height with a regular seat instead of the flip-up one. It can fit a ton of people even with the tall 20ah battery. But I would be hesitant about switching to a shorter battery with less capacity on a dual motor bike unless planning to add a second battery. This bike crushed your hillclimb test with dual motors. It can go 33mph. And it folds. That is a pretty cool combination.
Peace be with you! Thank you soo much for your full review of the Fabulous Havoc X2. I'm seeking an ebike capable of towing 200lbs. of gear. Because of the limited space inside my flat, a folding ebike might be the order of the day. The Havoc could fill my needs. Thanks again!
For the seat height I just take my battery and put it on the back rack and running a wire up from controller and ism 5foot 8 with 32 inch inseam I have a suntour suspension seat post so comfortably is there and height adjustments are plenty. Can't wait to get this 60 volt version 😊
I do like the double suspension model. Do you know if the 3 USA version X2 bikes, with dual hubs, all use the same controller and motor set ups? It seems like the Road Warrior would have a bit less torque using 26X4 wheels and tires.
If someone opts for a shorter battery guess what? There are tons of people doing mods putting an extra 3rd party battery and combiner of your choice on the rear rack. In a bag or case or just mounted on a rail.. Dozens of how to videos. You can swap out a second factory battery if you want to go that route. Plenty of rear rack bag or case options to carry an extra for those long rides. You run on REAR motor only 90% of the time anyway.👍
Hey Citizen, if the rear motor can do 33mph on its own, would it not make sense that with 2 motors it would be capable of going much faster? Do you think these bikes are being capped?
I Jim, I don't have this ebike but I do have a different dual-motor ebike (it's a lot heavier than the fabulous so keep that in mind). With dual motors the biggest difference I noticed was the acceleration. The bike can get to top speed in just a few seconds vs a single motor. The top speed is very close to the same, maybe 3 to 5km/h faster with dual motors. I would say the speed is much more consistent with both motors going though, it will stay locked to the top speed if you hold the throttle, uphill, downhill, doesn't matter. Single motor can't maintain the top speed going up hills. I find I will use the dual motors to get up to speed and then switch to a single hub to coast most of the time, especially on busy roads. Hope that helps!
Web site says the motors are 48volt 750watt, The batteries are listed as 48volt 20ah or 30ah. I don't see any 60 volt systems available. Please clarify if possible
Controlling front wheel-spin on acceleration is a safety improvement, I agree. But I think over the long term, the reduction to 25% front power setting will save a lot of money by avoiding excessive front tire wear outs. I don't know how you were able to withstand the harsh off-road ride on that bike. With those small diameter tires and no seat or rear suspension, it would crack my teeth.
Yeah, please do a review of the EGO ebike. I have so many of their batteries. Great brand. I hope it's worth the hype but worried about regulations as to where it can ride???
I think the front wheel is slipping a bit and hence the noise. I would guess that after many full-throttle take-offs, even in setting 4, you'll start to see those little knobs start to wear down in the center of the tire. From the sound, it just seems like some slippage is occurring but not a full burnout or even noticeable spinning against the pavement.
Dual wheel gripping to accelerate from a stop can’t be underestimated. Once significant torque and speed is achieved the speed motor can kick in, and eventually the other motor can quit..
i believe this one had their Torque Assist Sensor. so it's not a full blown torque sensor, instead it recognizes your initial pedal pressure and then delivers a constant amount of power after it's activated. kicks in quickly though.
Dual motor bikes tend to be quicker on acceleration. Top speeds tend to be similar just depending on the bike. If it's a 26 inch wheel, the top end is usually faster than a 20in wheel because the motors can only spin so fast.
The traction control is a winner, but does the 25% power make the front motor equivalent to under 250w? Or is it only on start/first few 10-15kmh speed? The power output on (awesome features KD) display is not quite visible. What is the peak you are getting? Its not a good offroad/mtb bike design mostly because its too heavy to carry over logs, but even if mtb riding is done standing, technical rides/jumps require lowering the seat. Folding 20x4s are great cross country/overland bikes (saves weight+car rescue/transport potential), but downtube integrated battery designs distribute weight better, and provide better waterproofing and theft protection. Designs that let you add the bucket battery for more range would be great. Keep weight down with small internal battery, and if you need crazy range, the higher seat helps pedal better. In terms of design, "how much torque is enough", and how much weight penalty do you want for it. A DD front motor, though a bit heavier, would automatically improve traction with front wheel weight and less torque, and provide quieter higher reliable cheaper power ceiling, and free braking. an extra 2-3 lbs on a 93lb bike seems worth it. 150nm total 20-24" hub torque is probably enough.
That should put the battery back underneath the rack on the back tire that would solve their The Hith problem and they could keep the same size battery
Best X2 review to date. The X2 Dual Suspension will handle off road trails (South Florida), but it's at it's best around town. Get complimented daily for looks (Metalic Crimson), and acceleration (stop light acceleration). 😃
I bought a bike from Fabulous. It arrived damaged and was returned the following day. Trying to get a refund has been a nightmare. Lampro, the owner of Fabulous bikes is near impossible to reach - either by phone or email. When he responds at all, it typically takes weeks. His website is confusing, contradictory, and misleading. There are links (at the bottom of the webpage) for WARRANTY, SHIPPING/RETURNS, and TERMS OF SALES, but NONE OF THEM WORK. I emailed him at least three times asking him to fix them but they STILL DON'T WORK. If you buy a bike from him, it will NOT HAVE ANY WARRANTY. He can't even get the name of his company straight: is it Fabulous or Furious? And by the way, the Canadian government website that lists companies show his status as "DISSOLUTION PENDING". Don't say you weren't warned. BUYER BEWARE.
This company is baffling. They make some great decisions and some really dumb ones. I love being able to control the front power, that's a great, easy, cheap solution to the dual motor problem. But the bike height is ridiculous. And then they make it a step through, why? So short people can step through before they realize they can't get on it? The suspension is so low quality...why would you put such a bad suspension on a bike that is supposed to slay off road? Having 25 models of ebike for 1 company is dumb too. They could narrow that down to 5, with options, and it would feel like an easy to understand lineup that is able to be customized to your liking, instead of trying to remember which of the 25 did what you liked, but then if you didn't like a feature or wanted to add one, too bad
gotta love the power on that bike! a couple things i'm not crazy about are how heavy it is and the aesthetics of that big honking battery
Fantastic update on the Havoc , how to control the power output .

Only one word will suffice, “Fabulous” !
WHAT A E BIKE
How does the Fabulous Havoc compare with your custom Citizen Cycle?
For the seat height I just take my battery and put it on the back rack and running a wire up from controller and ism 5foot 8 with 32 inch inseam I have a suntour suspension seat post so comfortably is there and height adjustments are plenty. Can't wait to get this 60 volt version 😊

Question , What's it like riding a 80 lbs. ebike with the power turned off ?
It’s not bad. I have the X2 and I pedaled about with bike off.
Web site says the motors are 48volt 750watt, The batteries are listed as 48volt 20ah or 30ah. I don't see any 60 volt systems available. Please clarify if possible
Fab-USA is the USA site, fabulousebikes is the Canadian site. The USA site has the 60v version
That 20 amp battery is as big as my 48volt 30 amp battery for the canadian version of this bike 😮
That would also be 240wh more range.
Can you tone down the front wheelspin on the EMX Extreme?
The full power setting is for us 300lb guys. We don't have traction issues. lol Rear power biased usually handles best though.
Controlling front wheel-spin on acceleration is a safety improvement, I agree. But I think over the long term, the reduction to 25% front power setting will save a lot of money by avoiding excessive front tire wear outs.

Looking at the Fabulous website, the batteries are listed as 48V. This the 60v a special option?
That's the hill climber I've been looking for and it should easily pull a trailer with my two dogs as well!
the fabulous web site you have listed is dog slow & doesn't format well. it's almost impossible to bare.
Any news on the new EGO mini bike?
Yeah, please do a review of the EGO ebike. I have so many of their batteries. Great brand. I hope it's worth the hype but worried about regulations as to where it can ride???
Looking at the Fabulous website and that battery you have must be the 30AH as it is taller than the ones they display online...

Can you switch between all wheel drive and single wheel drive?
Going in snow condition seems like it could be fun.
How do you enjoy this vs the emx extreme? Comparing fun factor and nimbleness
Dual wheel gripping to accelerate from a stop can’t be underestimated. Once significant torque and speed is achieved the speed motor can kick in, and eventually the other motor can quit..
What a beast.
This is kind of what I want. but want full supsension, longer wheel base, and decent setup for pedaling with torque censor.
Can you comment on the toque sensor. Did it have smooth power delivery? Did it engage and disengage immediately?
i believe this one had their Torque Assist Sensor. so it's not a full blown torque sensor, instead it recognizes your initial pedal pressure and then delivers a constant amount of power after it's activated. kicks in quickly though.
does this bike have pedals on it?
Great video and bike. 👍🏼
That bike is crying for 30 amp controllers, if you want more!
Hi there, dual 750w motor or 1 1500w motor. Which one is more powerful in terms of top speed and accelaration?
Dual motor bikes tend to be quicker on acceleration. Top speeds tend to be similar just depending on the bike. If it's a 26 inch wheel, the top end is usually faster than a 20in wheel because the motors can only spin so fast.

Not sure why 22 amp controllers and their other bikes are saying 17 amp controllers.. Maybe Canadian 60V bikes have 17 amp ones
I like the wired bikes better
Ten out of ten😊
Dude the Amyet S8 just came out...End all bike....
Dual 1k motors
25ah battery
Hydraulic suspension and brakes
35-40 mph top speed..
Oh yeah it 1300$.....yeah..get this bike
If it works for a 5’2” person
60 volts? 960wh divided by 20 ah is 48 volts. The 30 ah doesn't show the watt-hours, is this the battery that's 60 volts? If so, that's an extra $500C
The front wheel sounds like it's sticking... Gripping like Velcro.
None of the reviews for this bike speak about range. Is there anytime who owns this bike or has tested one that can comment on that estimates please?
👏👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Best X2 review to date. The X2 Dual Suspension will handle off road trails (South Florida), but it's at it's best around town. Get complimented daily for looks (Metalic Crimson), and acceleration (stop light acceleration). 😃
Wonder if you can get an even better rear shock and swap it out?
A side note on the dual suspension bike. Battery will slide out easily without touching the seat if seat is at low position.
Yeah. These will leave other ebikes in the dust going up hill. Seems like the Fabulous Road Warrior has a faster top end.
Just for every day use you don't have to pin the throttle... the front tire will last a long time
The way you just randomly stop on roadways for your video, you're gonna get flattened one day
I wish it could fit someone 5'4" because I want to buy it for my girlfriend
It's an ugly bike. But daaaaaaaym the performance is niiiiiiice

You forgot to mention the price...$3200 ????????? Too much
You guys are spoilt for choice in the USA etc compared to the UK.
tired of seeing someone only talk and ride a two motor bike. like to see how it was built so we can build our own!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i have lots of videos building my custom dual motor bike, check my radrover playlist..
