Hey Jack, on a two burner BBQ how long and how high would I let it sit for 1:30 - 2:00 hours before removing the foil?

I would suggest u still plan for around 1:30 to 1:45m then take the foil off. It always depends on size aswell yeah! Just work towards a 2 hour cook all up!
