We had black eyed peas, rice, collard greens, and cornbread. Peas and greens were flavored with some ham pieces, fatty bacon, and kielbasa. Hadn't heard of putting crisped kale on spinach, but I bet it was tasty and added some nice texture. Thanks for sharing! 💚
Thank you! We enjoyed preparing it. Misty oven roasted the kale with some spices (some hot) and it turned out great. We had some blue russian kale ready to be picked so that was actually home grown. The added texture was very good. It sounds like your dinner was delicious!
