I remember almost all of these, was a great day back then as well 👍🏻Brilliant video mate, I need to find my local loops really as well 😊 You had a moment!! That would have hurt at that speed!
Thanks mate, that was such a great ride when we went, I’ve always loved this loop, so much more to explore too, I really did have a moment 🤣 coming off there would be nasty 😮 lovely descent, begs you to go faster haha, the extra bit was quite nice too 😀👍🏻
Nice tour showing the variety of trails and scenery in the area. Not being from your country, I wouldn't think there would be that much climbing there. Rivals some climbing on some trails in the Rocky Mountains here in the U.S. Those puddles and muddy conditions are what I remember in a lot of your videos. Seems like it has been drier there lately. Been drier here. Thanks for the tour of the area!
Thanks mate, always good amount of climbing in the Peak District, I’ll probably be doing more riding this way over the winter months, Forest trails not great this time of year, I always used to ride in the peaks, it’s great to get back up there, just need Bob back now 😀👍🏻
A great tour Marc, awesome trails and a fantastic environment. The church looks very beautiful. Great shots and nice riding as always mate. Thanks for sharing and keep up the good work. Ride on and have a nice weekend🤙
This was bloody amazing....this vid reminded me of the Solitary Rambler in turbo mode with attitude....loved Taxal Church...there used to be a couple of donkeys that kept the grass short in the graveyard there...did not like them though when walking ....fed one a jelly baby and the bugger bit my arm when my wife took a photo of me...loving catching up with these vids...still think you are mad though.....Cheers Lez.
Thanks mate, I do enjoy a good solo ride, you get chance to take things in, I love the history that surrounds the peaks, I did a video of errwood hall and the shrine nearby last year which was a bit of a throwback vid to the historic/ adventure rides I used to do, I’ll post a playlist of all those rides 👍🏻 thanks for watching and your great support, appreciated 🙏👍🏻
Great video Marc! loving the B-roll you put in, breaks the video up nicely! I may just pinch that route from your Strava and give it a go. Is it rideable all year round?

Thanks mate, definitely good for the soul 😀👍
I was doing this loop quite a bit during lockdown, sitting down with a cuppa now ;)
It’s a great loop to have on your doorstep, I was stuck with canal rides 😢 hope you had a nice cuppa 😀👍🏻

Thanks mate, go ahead, it’s a cracking loop, perfect for winter riding, maybe give the off piste a miss though 😀👍🏻
@@HallMarc_Trails yea looks like I may need to give the off piste a miss until the spring now!
Muddy gd day eh lol
Great day 😀👍
Haha o got lost at exactly the same place mate
🤣 not very obvious is it 🤣👍🏻
Im sure Goyt is only dry for about a week each year lol
Haha, i think i've only seen it dry once ever 🤣
Whats the name of the road at the beginning that you turn onto.
I started from the top of Carlisle road, I think it’s St. John’s road that I turned on to 👍🏻
Actually, looking at my Strava, it could be Manchester road
Always wondered where that Rd off went. Shall do the ride. Thanks
It's a cracking loop 👍
