You can't teach these moves, he was born with that (not mentioning the identical voice, body everything about him screams he is MJ's son. And the only biological child Michael had. I believe MJ never went publicly about it so to keep Howard's privacy meanwhile growing up, i.e. to give him a childhood and privacy he himself never had.
