WOW! This is a VERY informative video!! I've watched a LOT of hydroponic videos gathering info before I invest money and you are the FIRST to mention nutrient changes, plant shock, and general maintenance. THANK YOU!
I wonder, have you made any tweaks to your system since the release of this? If so would love an update vid. Hydroponics is starting to really take off now, you are ahead of the game
I saw those! My only issue with them is you have to cover the unused part of algae will be a big problem. It’s easier to cover individual trays. Good suggestion though!
You’re correct strawberries need a long term system which to me means using a grow medium like coco. Check out my solution: ruclips.net/video/Ci9A1jlHtVo/видео.html

I grow plants in DWC almost exclusively and id say its not short term by any means.
You should look at 4x2 flood table they make ones for shelf could replace all the trays and make it a little simpler

How do you keep the water at a constant level in the trays and how do the flow from one tray to the next at a constant level rate?
Before you harvest can you flash the nutrients out the plant for your product does not taste like nutrients
Who switches out kratky nutrients weekly …….
