There is another clip where he sings it under a palm tree to her dressed as an Arab with that same ridiculous tiny instrument, grabs her and kisses her, and she gives him a whip cut.... Wonder if she knew he was 'gay' at that time. Ironically In '33 he was still one of the most famous leading men in Hollywood, despite that singing voice, and she was still relatively unknown.
