I can't believe 2023 just flashed before our eyes.. I hope the next year will be good
I’m glad that I’ve started to ‘better’ myself because I definitely feel more focused on more important things, productive, healthy and strong (mostly mentally) I can definitely compare myself from 2022 and 2023 and the productivity scale would be vastly different, which makes me really happy.
I cannot wait for 2024 and what we can achieve in the new year. Take care of yourselves first, and others around you, talk a walk, eat well, but also treat yourself! Go eat that cake that you saw in the cafe, sleep in, because what you do, is what you do. And it’s okay to take a step back for a bit, what matters if that you get back on track to your goals🩷 You got this!

I'm really proud of you for picking up some of these habits while you're young. When you're 20-30 years older, you'll be patting yourself on the back when you're skin looks great and you're able to tell osteoporosis to "shove it" 😂
I wish I picked up these habits when I was you're age. When I was in my early/mid 20's, I worked really hard and partied even harder. I managed to turn things around in my late 20's, but that's because I ended up developing some health problems.
Even though I am 20+ years older than you, I find you very wise and inspiring. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and your life 🙏

Rebecca has continued to blow my mind again. I can't wait til one days she's a Ted Talk speaker. She said "if 900/1000 dollars of your savings gets stolen are you really just going to throw the remaining 100 dollars away?" that really put things into perspective. Just because we didn't achieve everything we wanted this year doesn't mean we should call it quits and give up. There's people that didn't even get to see see this year, we should be grateful we're still here breathing at the least and just do our best in whatever means we can for 2024.
