That finish by Leon was a work of art, the way he throw that punch to draw Usmans head down and then came in with the head kick. Truly a ROCKY MOMENT, losing the whole fight, pulls it out late in the fifth.

Won the 1st, and Usman kept pulling Leon's gloves when he had his back. I think the altitude did Leon over like many fighters that night.

@ceedub3966 his striking is so solid and accurate, not to mention his wicked ground game... He's a problem for anyone at featherweight for sure.
@@JSamad Ilia's only problem is that he often takes shots to land shots, you can see him get hit with a solid left hook from Herbert so he can land that knockout shot. I don't know if that will work against a top tier striker like volk

All these KO’s were great although I’m very sad to see Tony go out cold like that. Chito’s KO of Dom was so freaking nasty to see. All he did was swat his hand to bring Dom’s legendary head movement out just so he can land that NASTY kick to face. The way you right away see Dom’s nose bridge get flattened is sickening.

After watching Paddy get beat by Jared and what Ilia has done to his last few it's clear why the UFC and Paddy want nothing to do with him. Ilia is gonna be around and at the top for awhile and a likely title contender - if they allow him to climb. He's clean and hands of stone.

When Leon edwards won it was so crazy. All I could say was WHAT.
I was waiting for Usman to get up for some reason, I think part of it is that from that angle you couldn't tell how hard the kick landed, I didn't even know it landed on the head, and the other part was the unexpectedness, nobody expected to see Usman out-cold and he was pretty much dominating until he died.

Chandler KO of Tony is definitely the best of the year-watching that I though Tony might have been killed in the Octagon the way everyone rushed in to attend to him, Leon KO of Kamaru was a bigger upset which makes it so much more satisfying but #2 of the year in my book

What amazes me is a variety of KO-ing shots. Body head boxing combos, left hook, overhand right, head kicks, front kick, spinning elbow. It's like in any situation there's a chance to end the fight.
