VLOG4 | Anuradhapura | Sri lanka | Exploring one of the ancient capitals of Sri lanka

Simply Anuradhapura was one of the best road trips i’ve ever had which is 205km away from the current capital of Sri lanka(Colombo). I started my journey at 5.30 am from colombo(Mattakkuliya). All u can see is“Green ,green and green” towards the journey which is one of the most favorite part of this journey. Anuradhapura is highly recommended for the people who live a busy life in city, where people can explore both History and bond with mother nature.
Anuradhapura is one of the eight World Heritage Sites of Sri Lanka and also one of the oldest inhabited cities Sri Lanka. Although according to historical records the city was founded in the 5th century BC. Anuradhapura was a major intellectual centre for early Theravada Buddhism
