LA LA, would you do a video about the Holy Spirit. I am not sure if you believe in the speaking in tongue, but if so could you elaborate. I go to a church that emphasizes the importance of receiving the holy spirit and I want to receive it, kind of feeling discouraged.
That's right, and they also don't know what sin is, which is sickness why would the Lord want you to stay in that, the Bible says that sin is to blame for all sorrows and woes, and the Bible says unto sin is unto death. he told me what sin the direct Disobedience of the word of God. Jesus would literally say to people “go and *SIN NO MORE* ”. Why do people think it’s impossible to not *live in* sin? Sin is inevitable but it shouldn’t be our *lifestyle.* This makes me so sad. These people not only want to live in sin but they want to push this false doctrine on others and bring them to hell with them 😢 If there’s no real consequence to sin then we’d all be sleeping around, killing, raping, stealing, harming kids and animals…. what type of Christianity is that!?
I struggled with a particular sin and tried to stop on my own and it worked temporarily, then it came back. It was only after I asked YAH to take the desire away that I was able to stop with his help! HALLELUYAH

Lord it’s going to be a lot of folks hearing “away from me I never knew you” if they think they can live a lifestyle in sin and still get in. You are supposed to die to self and pickup your cross daily. You have to repent to be saved, and repentance is turning away from the sin, not continuing to do it.

Works based salvation is when you are trying to depend on your flesh to please God. Faith based salvation is looking and depending on Jesus’s unfailing love. We are able to walk in holiness and obedience to Jesus because of His unfailing love. He gives us his strength, His faith, His redemption so we can follow and obey His commands. “Now unto Him who is able to keep us from falling and present us faultless before the throne”. It is Him who keeps us in obedience and it is Him who washes us in His blood and makes us spotless and it makes that scripture so much more precious when you understand this.
I’ve struggled with sin in my life and I have learned about the importance of repentance. we don’t go on willfully sinning. but if we get tempted and sin. We repent and confess our sins before god. all of us fall short of gods glory we are not perfect we must humble ourselves before god. Yes god does have grace but we also need to acknowledge when we are doing something that we can’t keep doing.
Exactly. I even confessed that I’ve accepted that this isn’t right but I will stop with HIS strength not mine. I’ve bashed myself my whole life I need to learn God’s grace now and to understand and know His love I kind of feel numb and flat because of my life and how it turned out but God will make a way, when I see NO way ☝️☀️❤️

Jesus, hear my prayers these past three years have been difficult on me I am weak. Give me guidance. Please come back soon I don’t know how much longer I can hold on. As a single parent things are hard on me both of my sons are autistic and my hours to work are limited because I’m now homeschooling them. I’m constantly struggling to provide the basic necessities for them I’m so ashamed. I suffered an heart attack and I’m battling lupus I’m overwhelmed. Lord heal me. Father God hear my prayers. I constantly struggle to pay my bills and struggle to provide groceries. BUT I KEEP FAITH. Even though I want to give up. Jesus please take the fear from my heart. This video came right on time, I was actually studying this and was starting to write notes when this video popped up in my recommended. Just wanted to share these few verses I found. We Christians must not abuse Jesus’ grace.
All these people responding to that video are LIARS!!! That is that lukewarm Christianity affirming sin and calling it "struggling." If you are born again, you strive to live your life according to what God desires for us. That means that while you have temptations eg to sleep with a man/woman, you STRUGGLE against that temptation and do not do it. If you keep sinning and telling yourself you are saved and won't go to hell, you are living exactly how Satan wants us to. The devil literally wants us living a double life because as long as you profess to believe in Jesus but are actively sinning, you're really worshipping Satan. So many Christians are going to hell but we are busy telling each other that as long as "God knows my heart" we'll be okay.
If you are truly saved, and if you are truly living for Jesus, someone Including yourself Should see and feel the pressance of God on you And in you. If you are truly saved. The Fruits Of the Holy Spirit. should Be evident N your life
Once saved always saved is the Doctrine of Hyper-Grace. Yes, we can be saved, but we have to try to live a life of holiness and frequent repentance - Acts 3: 19. Salvation is not a license to sin.
I do believe that we are saved by grace, but then our desires change, we want to please Him and sin less. "Delight yourself also in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart"
Conviction… a word that is often taken in negative tone but is proof of the Spirit of God fighting within you for you. I can say I was convicted at this section … Demons know Jesus too but they still committed sin willingly. Brothers and sisters we are all struggling but put a good front, but conviction is good for the spirit as it is the light in the darkness making a way forward. Let us all keep praying for each other and showcase the love of God while we choose salvation.
It’s the “works”of religion and sacrifice that will not save us. In context Paul was talking about the law of Moses. Yes, faith in Christ, confessing from the mouth and believing in your heart is Salvation, but faith without works is dead, which is a different kind of “works.” Those “works” of faith are obedience. Obedience is better than sacrifice and because God first loved us and saved us we must love him back by obeying him and come out of the lifestyle of sin.
The thing that baffles my mind is how people forget the fact that these men & women who wrote the books in the Bible were full of Gods spirit. if God wanted them to write passages where a "LITTLE BIT" of sin is okay, then I think God's infinite wisdom would've revealed that to them, yet God didn't. Therefore, it is important that we practice holiness, sanctification, consecration, obedience & repentance. These words weren't used in vain. It's good to hear followers such as yourself fighting for other followers. Isaiah Ch. 2 is a great read for believers helping us understand the generation we're living in. Good job, Miss Jenkins

Lately, satan has been attacking me in my mind and making me wonder if Jesus knows me and he keeps bringing up Matthew 7:21-23. These attacks have started increasing as I’m deepening my relationship with Christ and telling people about Him, and I’ve been really scared, but this video has helped me more than you’ll ever know. Pray the Rosary daily and if possible 3 to 4 times a day, the rosary is the strongest spiritual weapon along with psalm 23, psalm 91, Ephesians 6:10-20, arkangle Michael prayer and the breastplate of St.Patrick. The enemy does all this to me too, tries to make me tired of praying but I push through by the Grace of God. You’ll find that as you get closer to God when your following commandments and truly following Jesus and his true word that when you call on him you’ll see him manifestation in your life. He’s truly amazing, never give up! This life is short the next life is for ever. The Holy Spirit will help you and teach you. I’ve been slacking around, and backsliding. I use to have the closest, intimate, most obedient relationship with God & the Holy Spirt. No doubt saved and changed ( in the process of sanctification and everything ). One day I was lazy and prideful, and started to disobey God and grieved the Spirt. Now I’m trying to get back and I’ve been praying to God to help me get on the path HE wants. Praise the Lord I know he’s still here for me, and has been drawing me back and I’m starting to feel his presence again. I’ve been still lazy, and prideful, and I really need help. Now I hear this, and I’m gonna pray to God to help me fight these sins. I wanna get back on the track I used to be: constantly fighting sin and listening to what the Holy Spirt is telling me to do. I pray that the Lord helps me. I need to die to self. I’ve known my Lord, and how good he is, and how me once saved me. It’s time to follow him!
Amen! I’ve also been struggling just like you. But I’m starting to get weary of the idea that a true born again Believer who was once truly saved can lose their salvation. I used to believe in “once saved always saved” but I stopped because like LaLa I thought it was just giving people an excuse to sin. But after a while that started getting to me and the devil has been playing tricks with my mind making me believe that maybe I’ve lost my salvation and am no longer saved because I’m now struggling with certain sins. I’m not “living” a lifestyle of sin per se. At least not how I used to, but still. And this fear has just made me go farther away from God instead of closer to Him. So I believe both doctrines can be dangerous, but now I don’t know what to believe. But I do know that when I first got saved it was Gods love for me through Jesus that compelled me to repent of my sins and turn away from them, rather than fear. Fear has a way of making us feel guilty, ashamed, and even condemned making us want to hide from God (like Adam and Eve) or to try to “prove” ourselves to God so that He can love us or be “happy” with us again. Fear is also the devil’s playground. Should we as Christians fear God? Yes. I believe so. But not fear that He will condemn us. As the scripture says “there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ”. So I guess what I’m trying to say is don’t go based on fear or trying to not sin in order to please God. But rather go back to your first Love. Believe in Him and what He has done for you and the rest will follow. That’s what I’m going to do now. I’m done with fear and trying to “not sin” so that I won’t go to hell. But rather I’m gonna go back to my first Love, Jesus. He first loved me even when I didn’t deserve it. And that is what compelled me to believe in Him and follow Him and repent of my sins and be able to truly change. So I’m going to look to Him again and cling to Him for salvation and not how many sins I did or didn’t commit for the day.
@@jennjennsuu I’ve been restored! I’m a young Christian ( saved this year, only a few months ), haven’t been on this account in awhile.I repented and through grace I was restored again. One thing that the Lord gave to me was getting off the internet, And leaving preachers. Now this HURT, which was a sign that it was not of God, but of flesh. When I looked at these videos, although sometimes ( when it was a moderate consumption) God did speak to me through them, I started to trust in man. You know what the Lord is teaching me? Stop looking at other peoples walks and prophecies. Don’t get me wrong, they can be helpful, but your walk is between you and God. The Holy Spirt convicts you, And teaches you, and guides you in all truth. What these videos started to do is I began to harden my heart to the voice of God, and became even MORE prideful then what the Holy Spirt showed me before. It’s when I rested and trusted in the WRITTEN word of God that peace came unto me. The God that saved me from my sin, and it’s death; who chose me, ME, to be a part of his family,. His love, his care. I found him again. Not the one that the preachers made. But my savior. I learned some valuable lessons ( from God, and preachers that spake the message OF God to me ). His love, his tenderness, towards me, his child ( and soon servant ) I saw it once again. In him I am satisfied. Heat from God, not people. Trust in HIM not man. You want to get back to the God of your salvation too? Run to him. Fear is not of God ( 2 Timothy 1:7 ). Love brings us back to the father, not fear. Now my relationship with Christ is better, and I can’t wait to go further! We can talk more about it if you’d like :)

The Lord is merciful and abundant in kindness. He will not turn away those that come unto him, especially with humble hearts! Get your relationship back with the Lord, because he’s reaching out first. He loves you so much my friend, you don’t even know. He misses your prayers to him in peace and honesty. Think about praying for HIM, and not yourself. Not just so you can get something out of it, but so that God, can have YOUR presence and fellowship, after giving his son to you. This is also a reminder for me! I’ve gotta remember and hearken unto this as well 😂. We can learn together :)

@@chanty2652 I am saved from my sins. They happened when I believed in Jesus Christ. Justification. Now, I am being made holy through Christ Jesus. Sanctification. When I get to Heaven, I’ll receive eternal life and I will be saved from eternal darkness. That’s when I receive my glorified body. Glorification. I am a follower of Christ. A disciple. A learner. And I am continually growing in the truth and knowledge of Him. I have the Holy Spirit because I obey the Father. The Holy Spirit testifies with my spirit that I am God’s child. I am led by the Holy Spirit. At any point, I can choose not to be led by the Holy Spirit. I can turn away from following Christ who died to save me from my sins. I can go back to living a sinful life, deliberately. That is when I reject God. And when I reject God, he will reject me. I’ll knock at the door expecting to get in because I claim to “know” Him. That’s when he’ll say, “depart from me.” In other words, I am sure I am on the right path. But at any time, I can chose to turn the other way. My choice. I choose to continue to serve the Lord. I plan to get me a “Well done” 🙏🏾

A month ago I found myself before the throne of God in a dream (Revelations 20:11-15). I was saved but living in sin and I became so scared and wanted to escape Gods judgement but it was too late. Since than i have repented and I don’t sin as much. When I do sin I repent instantly

God is so timely with his word, I was just talking to one of my sisters in Christ when we were coming from dance practice today. I was speaking to her in reference to people taking advantage of the grace of God. Just because God sent his only son Jesus Christ to die for our sins, does not mean we should choose to live in sin knowingly, and then thinking that we can just ask for forgiveness. Each time we come to God, but yet run back to the same sin willfully. I also mention the fact that there is choice, and there is mistakes in this world. A choice is you choosing willfully to do some thing disregarding the emotions of another or the consequences that can come from that choice. A mistake on the other hand occurs unknowingly, and sometimes happens out of our control . When you make a mistake, you do your best to learn from that so you don’t repeat that mistake again. I’m not saying that you have to be perfect. It is the effort that is put to not make the same mistake again that shows where your heart posture lies. I feel like many Christians lie to themselves, thinking that they can do whatever they want and they have a free B. When that is not the case, It really saddens my heart to know that as human beings we do not like to get taken advantage of, but we take advantage of the creator of the heavens and the Earth. My prayer is that my fellow brother and sisters in Christ will stop this fake belief that they can do as they please disregarding the heart of God. father God, please have mercy on us your children.🙏🏽
I’ve been reading the Old Testament and it has been blessing me so much. I wanna dig in more but from I read and what the Holy Spirit has been revealing to me is the Old Testament are examples for us to learn from! We don’t have to be like the Israelites and these people in the Bible who constantly sin over and over and over and just because but we can actually truly live for the lord. I know I’m not perfect I’m just striving but that’s where I am in my walk with God and I know he’s stripping me of the things of the world and who I use to be and use to do. It also doesn’t saddens me as well when I read comments that n RUclips and tik tok etc because it shows these peoples who profess Jesus are stunned in their growth and not getting feed sound teaching and right teaching and it’s so sad but also the Bible says this will happen in the last days

@@chanty2652 it’s not necessarily that u lose it. If you believe in his promise then you have already won. But there is a standard. We can’t go around telling people they can do what they want. Because people receive Jesus doesn’t mean they follow him. I’m Not the judge by any means. Nor do I condemn because we all Missed the mark. But to lead other nonbelievers to Christ we must represent him well. So to do that we must change. There are consequences for sin. Less not focus so much on debate but on being the example we should be. Grace isn’t a reason to misuse it. Many blessings
@deetyes6911 I think the reason she asked “how do you lose your salvation” is because when you say you don’t believe in “once saved always saved” it is practically implied that it is possible to lose your salvation. I also stopped believing in once saved always because I too thought it was just a lie from the enemy to give people the excuse to keep on sinning or living in sin, but after a while the devil turned that against me by making me believe that now any sin I commit will take me to hell and make me lose my salvation. And it’s been causing me great distress to the point where I’ve even thought about giving up on God because I just felt like I could never measure up to what He wants me to be or do. I try not to sin but sometimes I can’t help it. So now I’m starting to question everything. But I also don’t believe there can be two truths. So either once saved always saved is the truth or being able to lose your salvation is the truth. I don’t believe there is an in between. Although I do believe that either belief can be twisted by the devil and taken to the extreme so we have to be careful.
@@jennjennsuu I understand I’ve been there. The Bible is not contradictory it’s multi dimensional. That’s why it can say one thing but oppose that statement in another scripture. The book of Romans can explain it well. God understands we can never repay him by our works but we can with our heart. Love comes with devotion. It’s not about being perfect but being submissive to the spirit. There is still a standard because that’s what separates us from the world. I’ve seen so many knowledgeable people without revelation. A picture is worth a 1,000 words but as humans we tend to tell someone they are wrong because they don’t see what we see. Jesus is the only way but God wants us to grow and be intentional in him. Life isn’t black and white and Jesus isn’t either. So no it’s not once saved always saved, but your works don’t bring salvation, your faith and love toward Jesus is what bring out the works and will of God. Grace is what saves us in our error, but we cannot serve 2 masters. Grace isn’t an exception. If truly we were always saved once we believe then what would be the need for a pastor or prophet, etc. continuous Sin draws us away from God. When you inhabit the mindset of well I’ll never be able to be perfect so I’ll do what I want you leave a door open to justify rebellion. But the truth is if we believe his Holy Spirit lives within us then the actions should follow. You don’t lose salvation you lose faith. Faith is what helps you endure..it’s hope. If the devil can trick you live=evil or lived=devil then you can be distracted enough to where you never fulfill your purpose. We are not here to waste time. We are sent on assignment. Works based salvation is when you are trying to depend on your flesh to please God. Faith based salvation is looking and depending on Jesus’s unfailing love. We are able to walk in holiness and obedience to Jesus because of His unfailing love. He gives us his strength, His faith, His redemption so we can follow and obey His commands. “Now unto Him who is able to keep us from falling and present us faultless before the throne”. It is Him who keeps us in obedience and it is Him who washes us in His blood and makes us spotless and it makes that scripture so much more precious when you understand this.
I’ve struggled with sin in my life and I have learned about the importance of repentance. we don’t go on willfully sinning. but if we get tempted and sin. We repent and confess our sins before god. all of us fall short of gods glory we are not perfect we must humble ourselves before god. Yes god does have grace but we also need to acknowledge when we are doing something that we can’t keep doing.

As a single parent things are hard on me both of my sons are autistic and my hours to work are limited because I’m now homeschooling them. All these people responding to that video are LIARS!!! That is that lukewarm Christianity affirming sin and calling it "struggling." If you are born again, you strive to live your life according to what God desires for us. That means that while you have temptations eg to sleep with a man/woman, you STRUGGLE against that temptation and do not do it. If you keep sinning and telling yourself you are saved and won't go to hell, you are living exactly how Satan wants us to. The devil literally wants us living a double life because as long as you profess to believe in Jesus but are actively sinning, you're really worshipping Satan. So many Christians are going to hell but we are busy telling each other that as long as "God knows my heart" we'll be okay.

Conviction… a word that is often taken in negative tone but is proof of the Spirit of God fighting within you for you. I can say I was convicted at this section … Demons know Jesus too but they still committed sin willingly.

It’s the “works”of religion and sacrifice that will not save us. In context Paul was talking about the law of Moses. Yes, faith in Christ, confessing from the mouth and believing in your heart is Salvation, but faith without works is dead, which is a different kind of “works.” Those “works” of faith are obedience. Obedience is better than sacrifice and because God first loved us and saved us we must love him back by obeying him and come out of the lifestyle of sin.
The thing that baffles my mind is how people forget the fact that these men & women who wrote the books in the Bible were full of Gods spirit. if God wanted them to write passages where a "LITTLE BIT" of sin is okay, then I think God's infinite wisdom would've revealed that to them, yet God didn't. Therefore, it is important that we practice holiness, sanctification, consecration, obedience & repentance. These words weren't used in vain. It's good to hear followers such as yourself fighting for other followers. Isaiah Ch. 2 is a great read for believers helping us understand the generation we're living in. Good job, Miss Jenkins

Pray the Rosary daily and if possible 3 to 4 times a day, the rosary is the strongest spiritual weapon along with psalm 23, psalm 91, Ephesians 6:10-20, arkangle Michael prayer and the breastplate of St.Patrick. The enemy does all this to me too, tries to make me tired of praying but I push through by the Grace of God. You’ll find that as you get closer to God when your following commandments and truly following Jesus and his true word that when you call on him you’ll see him manifestation in your life. He’s truly amazing, never give up! This life is short the next life is for ever. The Holy Spirit will help you and teach you.

I’ve been slacking around, and backsliding. I use to have the closest, intimate, most obedient relationship with God & the Holy Spirt. No doubt saved and changed ( in the process of sanctification and everything ). One day I was lazy and prideful, and started to disobey God and grieved the Spirt. Now I’m trying to get back and I’ve been praying to God to help me get on the path HE wants. Praise the Lord I know he’s still here for me, and has been drawing me back and I’m starting to feel his presence again. I’ve been still lazy, and prideful, and I really need help. Now I hear this, and I’m gonna pray to God to help me fight these sins. I wanna get back on the track I used to be: constantly fighting sin and listening to what the Holy Spirt is telling me to do. I pray that the Lord helps me. I need to die to self. I’ve known my Lord, and how good he is, and how me once saved me. It’s time to follow him!
Amen! I’ve also been struggling just like you. But I’m starting to get weary of the idea that a true born again Believer who was once truly saved can lose their salvation. I used to believe in “once saved always saved” but I stopped because like LaLa I thought it was just giving people an excuse to sin. But after a while that started getting to me and the devil has been playing tricks with my mind making me believe that maybe I’ve lost my salvation and am no longer saved because I’m now struggling with certain sins. I’m not “living” a lifestyle of sin per se. At least not how I used to, but still. And this fear has just made me go farther away from God instead of closer to Him. So I believe both doctrines can be dangerous, but now I don’t know what to believe.
But I do know that when I first got saved it was Gods love for me through Jesus that compelled me to repent of my sins and turn away from them, rather than fear. Fear has a way of making us feel guilty, ashamed, and even condemned making us want to hide from God (like Adam and Eve) or to try to “prove” ourselves to God so that He can love us or be “happy” with us again. Fear is also the devil’s playground. Should we as Christians fear God? Yes. I believe so. But not fear that He will condemn us. As the scripture says “there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ”. So I guess what I’m trying to say is don’t go based on fear or trying to not sin in order to please God. But rather go back to your first Love. Believe in Him and what He has done for you and the rest will follow. That’s what I’m going to do now. I’m done with fear and trying to “not sin” so that I won’t go to hell. But rather I’m gonna go back to my first Love, Jesus. He first loved me even when I didn’t deserve it. And that is what compelled me to believe in Him and follow Him and repent of my sins and be able to truly change. So I’m going to look to Him again and cling to Him for salvation and not how many sins I did or didn’t commit for the day.

One thing that the Lord gave to me was getting off the internet, And leaving preachers. Now this HURT, which was a sign that it was not of God, but of flesh. When I looked at these videos, although sometimes ( when it was a moderate consumption) God did speak to me through them, I started to trust in man. You know what the Lord is teaching me? Stop looking at other peoples walks and prophecies. Don’t get me wrong, they can be helpful, but your walk is between you and God. The Holy Spirt convicts you, And teaches you, and guides you in all truth. What these videos started to do is I began to harden my heart to the voice of God, and became even MORE prideful then what the Holy Spirt showed me before. It’s when I rested and trusted in the WRITTEN word of God that peace came unto me. The God that saved me from my sin, and it’s death; who chose me, ME, to be a part of his family,. His love, his care. I found him again. Not the one that the preachers made. But my savior. I learned some valuable lessons ( from God, and preachers that spake the message OF God to me ). His love, his tenderness, towards me, his child ( and soon servant ) I saw it once again. In him I am satisfied. Heat from God, not people. Trust in HIM not man. You want to get back to the God of your salvation too? Run to him. Fear is not of God ( 2 Timothy 1:7 ). Love brings us back to the father, not fear. Now my relationship with Christ is better, and I can’t wait to go further! We can talk more about it if you’d like :)

When I get to Heaven, I’ll receive eternal life and I will be saved from eternal darkness. That’s when I receive my glorified body. Glorification.
I am a follower of Christ. A disciple. A learner. And I am continually growing in the truth and knowledge of Him. I have the Holy Spirit because I obey the Father. The Holy Spirit testifies with my spirit that I am God’s child. I am led by the Holy Spirit.
At any point, I can choose not to be led by the Holy Spirit. I can turn away from following Christ who died to save me from my sins. I can go back to living a sinful life, deliberately. That is when I reject God. And when I reject God, he will reject me. I’ll knock at the door expecting to get in because I claim to “know” Him. That’s when he’ll say, “depart from me.”
In other words, I am sure I am on the right path. But at any time, I can chose to turn the other way. My choice.
I choose to continue to serve the Lord. I plan to get me a “Well done” 🙏🏾

A month ago I found myself before the throne of God in a dream (Revelations 20:11-15). I was saved but living in sin and I became so scared and wanted to escape Gods judgement but it was too late. Since than i have repented and I don’t sin as much. When I do sin I repent instantly

God is so timely with his word, I was just talking to one of my sisters in Christ when we were coming from dance practice today. I was speaking to her in reference to people taking advantage of the grace of God. Just because God sent his only son Jesus Christ to die for our sins, does not mean we should choose to live in sin knowingly, and then thinking that we can just ask for forgiveness. Each time we come to God, but yet run back to the same sin willfully. I also mention the fact that there is choice, and there is mistakes in this world. A choice is you choosing willfully to do some thing disregarding the emotions of another or the consequences that can come from that choice. A mistake on the other hand occurs unknowingly, and sometimes happens out of our control . When you make a mistake, you do your best to learn from that so you don’t repeat that mistake again. I’m not saying that you have to be perfect. It is the effort that is put to not make the same mistake again that shows where your heart posture lies. I feel like many Christians lie to themselves, thinking that they can do whatever they want and they have a free B. When that is not the case, It really saddens my heart to know that as human beings we do not like to get taken advantage of, but we take advantage of the creator of the heavens and the Earth. My prayer is that my fellow brother and sisters in Christ will stop this fake belief that they can do as they please disregarding the heart of God. father God, please have mercy on us your children.🙏🏽

I’ve been reading the Old Testament and it has been blessing me so much. I wanna dig in more but from I read and what the Holy Spirit has been revealing to me is the Old Testament are examples for us to learn from! We don’t have to be like the Israelites and these people in the Bible who constantly sin over and over and over and just because but we can actually truly live for the lord. I know I’m not perfect I’m just striving but that’s where I am in my walk with God and I know he’s stripping me of the things of the world and who I use to be and use to do. It also doesn’t saddens me as well when I read comments that n RUclips and tik tok etc because it shows these peoples who profess Jesus are stunned in their growth and not getting feed sound teaching and right teaching and it’s so sad but also the Bible says this will happen in the last days

@deetyes6911 I think the reason she asked “how do you lose your salvation” is because when you say you don’t believe in “once saved always saved” it is practically implied that it is possible to lose your salvation. I also stopped believing in once saved always because I too thought it was just a lie from the enemy to give people the excuse to keep on sinning or living in sin, but after a while the devil turned that against me by making me believe that now any sin I commit will take me to hell and make me lose my salvation. And it’s been causing me great distress to the point where I’ve even thought about giving up on God because I just felt like I could never measure up to what He wants me to be or do. I try not to sin but sometimes I can’t help it. So now I’m starting to question everything. But I also don’t believe there can be two truths. So either once saved always saved is the truth or being able to lose your salvation is the truth. I don’t believe there is an in between. Although I do believe that either belief can be twisted by the devil and taken to the extreme so we have to be careful.
@@jennjennsuu I understand I’ve been there. The Bible is not contradictory it’s multi dimensional. That’s why it can say one thing but oppose that statement in another scripture. The book of Romans can explain it well. God understands we can never repay him by our works but we can with our heart. Love comes with devotion. It’s not about being perfect but being submissive to the spirit. There is still a standard because that’s what separates us from the world. I’ve seen so many knowledgeable people without revelation. A picture is worth a 1,000 words but as humans we tend to tell someone they are wrong because they don’t see what we see. Jesus is the only way but God wants us to grow and be intentional in him. Life isn’t black and white and Jesus isn’t either. So no it’s not once saved always saved, but your works don’t bring salvation, your faith and love toward Jesus is what bring out the works and will of God. Grace is what saves us in our error, but we cannot serve 2 masters. Grace isn’t an exception. If truly we were always saved once we believe then what would be the need for a pastor or prophet, etc. continuous Sin draws us away from God. When you inhabit the mindset of well I’ll never be able to be perfect so I’ll do what I want you leave a door open to justify rebellion. But the truth is if we believe his Holy Spirit lives within us then the actions should follow. You don’t lose salvation you lose faith. Faith is what helps you endure..it’s hope. If the devil can trick you live=evil or lived=devil then you can be distracted enough to where you never fulfill your purpose. We are not here to waste time. We are sent on assignment. The Bible says if you are tempted, God will provide a way of escape to not fall but you have to want to free not bound to walk away. Choosing to take the way of escape is choosing Jesus. There is always a choice. Duality is not accepted in the Kingdom of God...holiness is still right! God 's requirement for walking out our faith in him is denying the flesh and putting it under subjection because it profits nothing. This is how we prove our love for God.

A contrite heart. Yes! When you really know Jesus and the immense sacrifice he made to save us from sin, we would never want anything to do with sin. If you believe he suffered and died for you to be free, you would never want to sin. The bar is perfection. Yes, we fall short, but the goal is perfection in Jesus.
Also if you knew the pain you cause God when we sin, we would never want to sin again. If you love someone you would do whatever it takes to keep from causing them pain!
