Remco is obviously one tough guy. I along with tens of thousands of fans wish him well and a speedy recovery. We are behind you and all our emotions are directed to your well being and return to excellence of form. Cheers and I wish you a wonderful Christmas season and all the best in the new year.
Thank you, he's a fighter and I'm sure he'll be back to racing soon.
May I wish Remco a prompt and complete recovery.
He’ll be fine to start the season
Focus on the Vuelta and Worlds.
No way if he is off the bike for 2 month we can't see him in good form before end of march or april
Such bad luck. So dangerous training around cars.
Zwift.
So do pro cyclists just not look where they’re going? Why is there an obsession with running into cars amongst the peloton?
They’re riding massive amounts of K’s per season and at higher speeds (and, usually in groups). Just much higher statistical probability that something will happen.
Bad sarcasm, he didn't ride into a car, someone opened a car's door when he was coming.
There is more people everywhere, so more traffic, in case you missed that...
@@DR_1_1 sure but that’s like the second rule when you ride on road. Expect things will happen. I don’t know the details but someone opening the door on me while passing parked cars is only the first thing I’m expecting and trying to avoid while passing parked cars.
@@DR_1_1 oh I’m well aware of all the people. The Californians are flooding my area. The population has at least doubled in the past five years. I just don’t ride so close to cars that I’d hit a door if one were to open for exactly this reason. And this isn’t my job! It matters less for me!
@@jooohan-i9o that’s true, but making basic changes to how you ride can bring those chances down to nearly 0%
