Crazy to think that this game was Steve Blum's first (albeit uncredited) VA role. And that all the music is also created by Motoi Sakuraba, the same man who ended up scoring the Dark Souls series.
I think this one came bundled with the Mega-CD in the UK when I bought it. Didn't play it much, mainly because I was rubbish at side-scrolling shooters. That ending dialogue is cringeworthy - "It's the end, isn't it?" ".... And it starts!" Top marks, English translator 😂
This shooting game is so hard but we need 2 openings, first a story and second a title. You miss this game but you must try no damage... Sol feace is the airspace fight.
I genuinely don't like this game, I just played it for 10 minutes and the entire time felt like the weapon was a pea shooter and the enemies were sponges. I really don't enjoy that type of shmup, glad I didn't spring for the Sega CD version as the only difference is the soundtrack and to be honest, after watching this I don't think it's good enough to warrant a purchase. I flicked through the video to see that the ship remains underpowered the entire game? Weak power ups just make shmups boring to me. My 2c of course.

Quite surprising that the hidden gem in a less appreciated machine is actually a treasure trove in many, many means.
Who did he voice in this game?
@@SolCresta3405The narrator. It could've been David Hayter too
@@YuukiTakemoto1996 Wait, *HE* narrated this game?
i love this game, even still remember the cheat code for level select, 99 lives or be invincible
Enjoyed this on my Japanese Launch MegaCD
Yes Yes yes. I was waiting on you to do this. Great game and soundtrack
This looks pretty good! And rotating cannons
0:03 The WolfTeam logo announcer will always sound like George Takei to me.
That could be Steven Blum or David Hayter (whoever the narrator was)
More like Sol-Feces!
I was looking for this comment. 😅
See you again in the comments of the cartridge version where you can call it Sol-Deuce. I like these games though.
What a name! What where they thinking ?
beat me to it lol
Haven't seen this game in a while 😊😊😊
One of my most-played Sega CD games! I probably still have the disk somewhere!
This is available for Evercade. I think it's the renovation collection.
