Swimming helped me with my back injury when I suffered a pinched nerve and 3 bulging discs in my lower back in high school. And all I could do was swim and it helped

I use to love the pool I never figured out how to swim which is ok with me I have fear of water in my face so i always liked when i had the shallow end of the pool to my self I haven't been in a pool in years because of the wound on my knee

Yes, I do have to be careful that they don’t drag on the cement
