03 MAY 2022 - Phil joins a public Telegram Voice chat and attempts to explain to Will Byrd (coldbeer.fund coldbeer.live) his intimidation of witness/victim false/misleading testimony charge from 2010.
Phil states that that charge was for intimidating witness Nezlo. According to recently released police and court documents pertaining to his 2010 case, Phil texted the victim through a burner phone and told her to recant her story because she lied and told her that only she can get him out of this mess.
