Always shocked to see people in these videos put essential oils directly on the skin without diluting in a neutral carrier oil - don’t do this! It can be quite dangerous depending on the oil, potentially causing dermatitis or even burns.
She’s a specialist. Pretty sure she knows what she’s doing 🤷🏻♀️

someone put peppermint oil on my skin directly without asking for consent and I had to leave to go wash it off.
also, years later I studied massage and essential oils and we were taught never to put undiluted oils on the skin.
Like you said- depends on the oil... not all oils must be diluted.
