Is it fairly easy to cut the tape off when unwrapping? Just wanna make sure the person I gift it to can unwrap it and use the money without damaging it

$4 a rose is cheaper than an actual rose...
Try using paper. Like, drawing paper or construction paper. Even regular writing paper, that's what ppl use in jail 😉😄 I'm assuming you're referring to the money being used to make the rose.

Dont tape mess up the money
No. Use Scotch tape. Money is made of a cotton and linen blend. Ask the bank for newer bills also. If you use play money to demonstrate, they will tear unless carefully cut apart with box cutter.
