Hello friend, where can I download this construction plan for this sd1 minisport plane?
Hello, design is product of SD Planes.
I have a couple questions, what is the red solution you're putting on the inside of the wing skins? What is the thickness of the plywood skins? What do the wings weigh each? Thanks,
recommended is marine varnish, red is dye to make it visible. Wing skins are 1.5mm, weight of one wing is ~12kg

What GSM fibre are you using to cover your wings? I was considering 25gsm for mine
Hello Will, I used 50gsm which I got from mr. Špaček like part of kit.
After lamination I used Black&Decker mouse for straight surface
