Lesson19 Grammar contents introduced in the video:
① Ta-form of verb(た形): 【てform:て→た】
Verb3: きます→きた します→ した
Verb2: たべます→ たべた おきます→ おきた
Verb1: てform : 〜て→た / 〜で→だ
のみます→ のんだ いきます→ いった すいます→ すった
② Expressing experience: 〜(た形)+ ことが あります。
e.g. わたしは おきなわへ いったことがあります。I’ve been to Okinawa. おんせんに はいった ことが ありますか。Have you taken a hot spring bath?
③ Showing list of activities: 〜(た形)り、 〜(た形)りします 。
e.g. まいばん テレビをみたり、友だちと チャットをしたりします。
Every night, I watch TV, chat with friends, etc.
④ To become 〜 sentence :
(noun/na-adj(w/o な))に なります。 (i-adj)い →く なります。
e.g. さとうさんは いしゃに なりました。Mr. Sato became a doctor.
ミラーさんは らいねん 25さいに なります。Mr. Miller will turn to 25 years old next year.
ジャスティンさんはRUclipsでゆうめいになりました。Mr. Justin became famous on RUclips.
リサちゃんは せが たかく なりました。Risa-chan got taller.

Konnichiwa, sensei. What is the difference between #3 lesson here using ‘ri’ and the conjunctive form of verbs in lesson #17 I think. Can they be interchanged? Arigatou.
