  • If you're looking up for Vipassana, that means you're into meditation, well-being, self-help, or otherwise, you're a detractor, it's usually one or the other.
In this video, from my humble experience, i'll be sharing a little knowledge about Vipassana, the initial concepts, the basics, not going massively deep, and what to expect from your first 10 days silent meditation.
I'll be covering the registration, what it's been providing as benefits, positive outcomes, and the whole process i went through during the 10 days.
A little on how to prepare yourself, understanding the various concepts, from law of impermanence to equanimity, and going a little deeper into it all.
I'll also be sharing about the importance of embodiment, and how i feel many people are not embodied, don't do the inner work, and share from a space which is one of theoretical knowledge, without having gone into the depths of the pain, physical, emotional, mental, of the process and feel like they know.
Which, is basically a whole part of the vipassana, going through the Sila which are the noble concepts, then the samadhi which is the mind strengthening, and finally the wisdom through the embodiment and the personal experience.
So... are you ready ? ready to dive in and explore this state of transe with me ?
What it has given me, is that i have heightened my focus, and my energy levels, frequency, has shot through the roof, so it's brought my healing sessions, intuition, and transe levels to a higher level
It's really great, i feel more equanimous, more balanced, and I can only wish for all of you to experience it too :)
and if you want to explore transe, energy healing, and shifts in your life, you can contact me here:
    website : www.olivierborgognon.com
    instagram : thefuckeduptherapist
So if you want to know more about the Vipassana go directly to their website : www.dhamma.org
Ressources I used for my vipassana 10 days:
    Book on Vipassana : amzn.to/3LesEL0
    Meditation Stool: amzn.to/45SX9zo
Great quality Zafu (meditation cushion: amzn.to/3WlgKp3
Best Fisio Cream for muscle relaxing : amzn.to/4eUqA8z
    Travel Bag Northface Duffel S : amzn.to/3Lb9gyk
PS: I know the video is blurry, i redid it twice, and then noticed that i had not activated the continuous AutoFocus on my camera, and Using OBS to not go direct filming, the settings were looking major quality on the way too. So, as equanimity, law of impermanence and the lessons on this too shall pass go, i decided that the message and content were more important than perfect image on this one.
Improvement each time. This time, i got the stereo sound right, next, i'll get the image right too.

*Lovely podcast. Interesting. One of their rules is to not kill any beings, seriously? So they have no wood in their buildings, eat no bread or potatoes or rice etc? A tree is and a tree lives, so a tree is a being. So is the wheat plant etc*

I agree with you, the idea is that it's vegetarian, i assume buddhism considers the beings as humans or animals, as this is based on gautam Buddha and learnings from 2500 years ago.
for example there were some "insect relocators" (a goblet with a plastic sheet of paper to seal the goblet, displace the insect or animal etc).
There were quite a few wasps and hornet nests around too... so i guess it's animal really in their view.
